Happy December! 24 days until Christmas!

The grade one spelling words for this week are: ox, run, from, will, bell, doll, skull, there, they, windmill.

The grade one sight words for this week are: go, see, am, here, and before.

The homework folders are due on Friday. Our spelling test is also on Friday. Make sure your child is reading his/her daily reading book every night.

Also don't forget to keep counting to 100 in various ways, and practicing the flashcards that were sent home last week.

Your child will be bringing home a permission slip for a science presentation on Thursday. Please send these back :)

Some of you still haven't returned the permission slip for our grade one KON project that I sent home last week. Please send it is regardless of whether you give permission or not. I need these to start the project this week!

There is a Christmas time at the library this week on Wednesday. Your child will be bringing home some info today.
